On July 25
th Diana, Nick, and I flew to Denver for a
Stockhaus (Diana's maiden name) reunion. One of the events for the reunion was to take the commuter rail downtown to the Union Pacific station. Diana's Dad and her Grandpa both worked for the railroad. They each have
commemorative bricks in the front entry of the station. Diana's Dad was the "Train Master" at the Layton station for many years.

After meeting at the station we stayed downtown and met Rick, Julie, Todd and Kelsey for lunch.
It was
sooooo good to see them.

Rick and I. We miss you Rick and Julie! Wish you were closer. We look forward to spending more time with you the next time we are in Denver. Lunch just wasn't enough.

It looks like you had a great time! I bet it was so fun to see Diana's family and to meet up with Rick and Julie. Love them! We should have a Schippers family reunion one of these days, don't you think?
I think a reunion is definately in order but Rick, you'll have to come to Utah. Glen, thanks for posting this. I love to see your pictures of your fun trips.
